Howling Wind (last one for now)
This would be the official album cover for the howling wind movie sound track, if such a thing existed. Actually the title is from a song from a band called Burncoate (my band). Check out the inspiration for this piece below.

Drawers Block
Fellow Artists/Friends Dan Hay and Ken Knafou have started a new blog. Its called THE DRAWERS BLOCK. The concept is simple, you email a pic of yourself to either Dan or Ken, and they post it. Then artists have there way with you, and those drawings get posted for all to enjoy. Its fun. Anyway, here are my two donations.

Dragon VS Tiger (Update)
Well, here is Dragon VS Tiger . This is going on the back of a photo album my friend Scott Mann is putting together. I'm proud to say that everything on this was hand made by me with the help of anchor points in adobe illustrator, including the ornamental scrolly stuff, well everything except for the M. I used an old english font for that.

Twins
Prince Adam and his twin sister Adora. Its so cool how back in the 80s all it took to conceal your identity was a pink vest and a white turtle neck.

Stingray Sam
Have you ever stumbled into a whole world of awesome you never knew existed? It happened to me about a week ago. I was flipping through channels and came across a silhouetted cowboy screaming over punk chords about American Astronauts. I was hooked. And what followed was the most inspiring movie I have scene in a long time. The movie is called "The American Austronaut", go watch it! The movie's plot is hard to explain, so I wont even try. Anyway the genius behind this whole thing is Cory McAbee. He and his band "The Billy Nayer Show" put down some really cool songs for the movie (My Fav is "Hey Boy Hey Boy"). Honestly it was the music combined with the black and white cinematography that did it for me. So naturally, I went and googled everything I could about this guy and his band. What I found is Stingray Sam, McAbee's new movie. So here is a quick illustration to show some appreciation for his awesomeness.

Soundwave
Finally done. Robots from the 80s are fun to draw. As much as I like to draw robots, this is actually my first Transformer, and the coolest one in my opinion. I always liked Soundwave, even though what he transformed into didn't make any sense. Megatron also had the same problem. This one is for Javier M.
